Vision & Mission
We are individuals who want to make a difference in the world, by impacting the world with the love and knowledge of Jesus Christ and see the Kingdom of God established in every continent of the world.
We want to reach and help people become true followers of Christ and experience life in abundance.
We hope you will find inspiration, strength and courage to renew your journey and lighten your load.
Statement of Faith:
The Bible: We believe that the Bible - Old and New Testaments - in their original writing is the inspired Word of God. We believe in the Triune God: The Father, His Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
Man’s Salvation: We believe that God sent His Son to Earth, to die in our place, resurrected after 3 days and will one day return again. We believe that Jesus Christ shed His blood on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for our sins. His atoning death and victorious resurrection, constitute the ground for salvation. Salvation, the free gift of God, is provided by grace alone, through faith.
For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. Anyone turning from sin in repentance and accepts that Christ died in our place, receives the gift of eternal life and is declared righteous by God as a free gift Eph 2:8.
We believe that all who repent of their sin and receive the Lord Jesus Christ by faith are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God.
Confession of Sins: The believer is forgiven the debt of his sin and through confession of sins, liberated from the law of sin and death into the freedom of God’s Spirit. The Blood of Jesus Christ washes our sins away. His Blood is also there for our protection
Baptism: We believe in Baptism of the Holy Spirit, empowering and equipping believers for Christ-like living and service. We believe that the Holy Spirit glorifies the Lord Jesus Christ, convicts the world of its sin and regenerates sinners. We are baptised into union with Christ and adopted as heirs in the family of God.
The Holy Spirit also guides, indwells and illuminates believers. Baptism in water, as taught and demonstrated by Jesus, as the way for believers to identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus. Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4; Matthew 3:13-17
Rapture / Coming of Christ: We believe in the resurrection of both the just and the unjust, the eternal blessedness of the redeemed and the eternal banishment of those who have rejected the offer of salvation. We believe in the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. The coming of Christ, at a time known only to God, demands constant expectancy and, as our blessed hope, motivates the believer to godly living.
Sanctification: We believe the Bible teaches that without holiness no man can see the Lord. We believe in sanctification as a definite work of grace, commencing at the time of the new birth. The Holy Spirit helps us in our sanctification process and seeks to produce his fruit in us, as our minds are renewed and we are conformed to the image of Christ.
All believers should persevere in the faith, knowing they will have to give an account to God for their every thought, word, and deed. The spiritual disciplines, especially Bible study, prayer, worship and confession, are vital means in this regard.
